The Didcot Railway Centre’s “Steam Into Christmas” event offers a festive adventure for families to help Santa find his lost reindeer across the 21-acre site. Held on various weekend dates between 30 November and the 23rd December. Kids receive a passport and stocking, collecting small gifts at each reindeer station as they explore historic steam locomotives and railway artefacts. The journey ends at Santa’s toy workshop, where children meet Santa and select a gift. With unlimited train rides, refreshments, and the chance to climb aboard classic engines, it’s a magical experience for all ages. Please check the website for event dates.
