Join local spoon carver David Knight for a rewarding Spoon Carving Workshop for Beginners in Sutton Courtenay on Saturday, 31 May, from 9:30 am to 5 pm. This hands-on course will teach you how to carve a spoon from green wood using an axe and carving knives. You’ll start with a round of wood and finish with a beautiful, handmade spoon. Along the way, you’ll also learn essential skills like tool sharpening and applying finishes. All tools and materials are provided, so just bring your enthusiasm! The workshop costs £70 per person. A perfect introduction to a satisfying craft!
