If you’ve had a pregnancy related health condition or have been inactive, the Post Natal Fitness classes are ideal!

Getting back into exercise after you’ve had a baby is not only great for your physical health but also your mental health.

  • Free block of 10 classes – Starting 23 February 2026
  • Mondays 1-2pm
