Henley Royal Regatta
The Henley Royal Regatta is one of the most prestigious and historic rowing events in the world. Established in 1839, it takes place annually on the River Thames in Henley-on-Thames, England.
The Regatta attracts thousands of visitors over the week. Spectators are invited to enjoy over 300 races of an international standard, which can include Olympic rowers, as well as crews new to the event. The races are held over a 1 mile straight course along the Thames.
The Regatta provides a great day out, with plenty of racing, great food and drink, and an electric atmosphere.
