Faringdon Christmas Light Switch On 2025 Saturday 29th of November Faringdon Market from 2pm to 6p Join us in the Faringdon Market Place for our Christmas Light Switch On. Listen to music around the Christmas Tree from community choirs, School choirs and local musicians. Visit Santa in his Grotto and say hello to Thomas the Tank Engine. Local traders and charities and community groups will set up stalls offering festive food, drinks, crafts, gifts and games. Please support Faringdon’s local restaurants, pubs, shops and businesses. Free fairground rides for children donations going to The Place Faringdon Art Society Artisan craft market will be held in the Corn Exchange selling Christmas crafts made by local Artists. Join the countdown in the Market Place with the big switch-on at 5pm. Faringdon Town Council working in partnership with Rotary, Faringdon Art Society and other community groups.
