
Calling all bookworms – Aerial Yoga & Reading rest
Aerial Yoga & Reading Rest – 1.5 Hour Session Take a breath, slow down, and enjoy some peace. This 90-minute session begins with 45 minutes of aerial yoga, exploring some sling-inspired flows that are playful, supportive, and accessible for all levels. Whether you’re experienced with aerial yoga, familiar with aerial sling, or completely new to it, you’re welcome to come move, stretch, and float. Beginner friendly. We’ll follow this with 45 minutes of restorative reading time, relaxing in the gentle support of the sling.
Bring your favourite book, settle in, and let the fabric hold you while you unwind. Please bring a water bottle and a book, a book light too if you have one. Come take a time-out, reset your mind, and wrap yourself in a little peace.
