Earth & Air: Inhale & Ground
A soulful 90-minute workshop blending yoga, nervous system regulation, guided reflection and movement practices designed to help you reconnect with yourself beneath the noise of everyday life. Led by qualified yoga teacher and whole-person coach Esther Abrey, this experience weaves together grounding breathwork, dynamic mat-based flow, guided meditation and intentional journalling prompts to help you release tension, build clarity and reconnect to what truly matters. Expect a relaxed festival atmosphere with uplifting movement, meaningful self-enquiry and space to slow down, breathe and reset. You’ll leave feeling calmer, clearer, energised and more connected – both physically and mentally. Suitable for all levels. No yoga experience needed.
Static Trapeze – Foundational Fun
Trapeze offers a unique blend of balance and movement, combining the support of the bar with the endless possibilities of the ropes. In this beginner-friendly workshop, we’ll explore the foundations of trapeze technique and movement, with a focus on discovering how the apparatus moves and feels differently from hoop or sling. Expect a range of accessible shapes with plenty of opportunities to explore and play!
Heartfelt Movement, Meditation & Massage
Join us for a nurturing outdoor workshop designed to awaken the body, uplift the spirit, and encourage meaningful connection. We’ll begin with playful movement practices that invite curiosity, creativity, and freedom. Through guided explorations, you’ll gently mobilise the body, reconnect with self-expression, and explore movement in an open and supportive environment. Expect opportunities to move, breathe, stretch, and rediscover a sense of lightness and joy. The workshop will then transition into a grounding and heart-centred close, including a gentle introduction to Thai yoga massage-inspired techniques, a Loving Kindness meditation, and calming assisted stretches. You’ll leave with simple, practical skills that can be shared with friends or family at home, helping to bring a little more relaxation, care, and connection into everyday life. No experience is needed — simply come as you are, with curiosity and a willingness to slow down, move, and unwind.
